By accessing or using qvix.trade and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

QVIX provides educational trading signals, market analysis, and trading education content across US Options, India NSE, Japan TSE, Hong Kong HKEX, and Mexico BMV markets. Our services include:

AI-powered trading signal alerts via SMS, email, and Discord
Market analysis and educational content
Live trading education sessions
Community access and Q&A sessions

3. Subscription Plans

QVIX offers the following subscription tiers:

Scout: $29/month — Basic signals and educational content
Operator: $99/month — Full access to all markets and strategies
Elite Global: $199/month — White-glove service with priority signals

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting hello@qvix.trade.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize QVIX to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at QVIX's discretion.

5. Not Financial Advice

QVIX IS AN EDUCATIONAL PLATFORM ONLY. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. All signals and content are for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading stocks, options, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. QVIX is not responsible for any trading losses incurred by users of our platform.

7. User Responsibilities

By using QVIX you agree to:

Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate account information
Not share your account credentials with others
Not redistribute or resell QVIX signals or content
Use the platform for lawful purposes only
Make your own independent trading decisions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on QVIX including signals, analysis, branding, and educational materials is the property of QVIX Intelligence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QVIX Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss.

10. Termination

QVIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the next billing cycle.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
